Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
PLURASTOCK ships its products worldwide.
PLURASTOCK reserves the right, at any time, to restrict, suspend, or refuse delivery to certain countries, territories, regions, addresses, or recipients for legal, regulatory, customs, logistical, security, sanctions-related, or commercial reasons.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally prepared within an estimated period of 3 to 7 business days after payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected carrier.
Any delivery times shown on the website are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a binding commitment.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed to the customer before the final confirmation of the order.
5. Delivery Address
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided at the time of ordering.
In the event of an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or otherwise unusable address, PLURASTOCK shall not be held liable for any delay, failed delivery, additional delivery cost, or return to sender.
6. Damaged Parcel or Delivery Issue
If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or shows any apparent anomaly upon delivery, the customer is invited to contact PLURASTOCK as soon as possible at contact@plurastock.com, preferably with supporting photographs.
7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, import charges, handling fees, or other charges may apply and remain entirely the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise on the website.
PLURASTOCK shall not be held responsible for any customs delay, customs refusal, additional import charge, or seizure resulting from the laws or procedures applicable in the destination country.
8. Pre-Orders
In the case of pre-orders, any indicated shipping date is provided as an estimate only and may change depending on production, supply, logistics, or other operational constraints.
The customer will be informed in the event of a significant change affecting the estimated shipping schedule.
