Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions applicable to distance selling, the consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify PLURASTOCK of the decision by means of a clear and unambiguous statement, either by email to contact@plurastock.com or by post to:

The customer may usefully indicate:
- full name,
- order number,
- product or products concerned,
- date of receipt of the order.

The mere return of the product without an explicit statement of withdrawal is not sufficient.

3. Return of the Product

After notifying the decision to withdraw, the customer must return the product to PLURASTOCK without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days following that notification.

The product must be returned:
- complete,
- with any accessories,
- in packaging suitable for transport,
- in a condition compatible with resale.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise by PLURASTOCK. This information must be brought to the customer’s attention before the order is placed.

5. Condition of the Returned Product

The customer may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

However, the customer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that verification.

Accordingly, if the returned product is:
- incomplete,
- damaged,
- dirty,
- abnormally worn,
- or unsuitable for resale,

PLURASTOCK may apply a proportionate deduction from the refunded amount corresponding to the loss in value observed, within the limits permitted by law.

6. Refund

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, PLURASTOCK shall refund the sums due within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date on which PLURASTOCK is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.

However, PLURASTOCK may delay the refund until the product has been recovered or until the customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise between the parties.

7. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to clearly personalized products or products made to the customer’s specifications, nor in any other cases excluded by the applicable regulations.
